Private Yoga

One-on-one sessions with a yoga instructor provide the opportunity to expand your practice. 

If you're new to yoga or haven't been to a class in a long time and are nervous about attending a public class, we will work to create a deeper understanding of anatomical alignment and breathing principles to build and strengthen the foundation of your yoga practice. You will develop increased flexibility & strength through physical sequences designed to suit your individual needs and we will move at a pace that works for your body and your schedule. Together we can address injuries or other restrictions that may affect your practice or make it more difficult to take a group class.

If you're an experienced yogi but wish to go beyond what a studio setting can offer, we can develop a personal practice that challenges you and helps you reach your yoga goals. 

Regardless of what your intentions are going into a private session, you will leave feeling refreshed and inspired, and with new tools under your belt to grow your practice.
